My back hurts more than ever now
From bites and ladies I can't stand
Will you update my location if I'm found?
My knees hurt from the warmer weather
I'm still walking faster than the next
Hold my hand so I can clearly understand
What I need is something new to fear
Like elephants or elephant ears
Something that is bigger than a man

Feral Ballet

Pointed toes and a pointed nose
It's not entertaining to see
Polishing shoes and fancy rules
It seems so saddening
They gave up her life to be a dancer
Is that what she wanted to be?
So for now she'll continue to learn how a childhood is not to be
Following cues, following rules
She's got a dress code that's wealthy
Looking the same and looking to blame anyone that's part of her tree
She gave up her life to be a dancer
Is that what she wanted to be?
So for now she'll continue to teach how a childhood is not to be
Let your feet move across the street to a place you don't want to go
In the end she'll do it again to someone she loves the most
She'll be the perfect host

Dusty Bones

I liked the stale tales when I was young
Now the story is I'm a good boy
I hear dusty bones in the background
And creaky tweaking from an old cow
Golden babies, golden rules
I would like another chance at childhood
When they sit down to find their dinner
at the Mariner where I got paid to clean my plate
I hear dusty bones in the background
And creaky tweaking from an old cow
Now I am old and need to find out how
To preserve the Mariner and the old cow
My bones are dusty in the background
And I tell him that he's a good boy

Bear Wax

Folded on a sofa, a divan, a makeshift couch
Bloody candle wax fantastically falls on the ground
The birthday gift was made from a museum made of wood
The blood touched it with an odd petrified look
An investigation followed that would lead to the perpetrator
Awkward and uncomfortable, attempting to clean a failure
Victims who make victims who make victims can't play nice
I'll hide the bear til' morning so it won't be sacrificed
This monument of lengthy lament has lasted many years
Now it smells of Christmas and clumsy tumbly tears
Mistakes near lakes can't be replaced by a hired engineer
For now she sleeps alongside candle wax boy and the bear
I bet you can't keep a secret
But neither can I
